Therapy is a space to tell the truth about your life. To remember and grieve what has and hasn’t been; to imagine what still could be. To think and feel through your deepest hopes and fears. To fall apart and hold yourself together. To deepen your capacity for multiplicity and paradox. To explore and play with new ways of being in relationship with yourself and others. Therapy is also a relational experience. My hope is to get close to your experience of yourself and the world you inhabit. From there, we’ll look at the deeper dynamics that give rise to distress and together we’ll work with and through your story to nurture growth and transformation.
I often work with people around their experiences with:
Anxiety/Depression
Attachment issues
Chronic Illness and/or medical trauma
Gender identity and/or sexuality
Grief and loss
Racial identity formation
Religious trauma
I currently see clients via teletherapy only.
